Description: Rare Schell Leather Co. Of Cincinnati "Tripak" Salesman/Doctor/Travel Bag. I was only able to find a few of the "tripak" bags, as it appears the "emdee" medical bags are the most common from this company that was founded in Cincinnati in 1865 and operated until the mid 1980s. This bag measures approximately 21 1/2" x 17 1/2" x 7". Of the few of these bags I found in my research, none retained the original leather straps. Because of the fragile nature of that splitting vintage leather, I did not attempt to unbuckle the straps and open the case, because I believe preserving the original straps is of more importance than the interior condition of the bag. There are multiple scratches, scuffs, and normal signs of wear to the exterior of the bag. Please view photos for best assessment of condition. Check out my other listings in my eBay store!
