Description: Vintage 1941 Replogle Terrestrial Globe with Palestine map- no Israel, 12 diameter. This is a rare, heavy duty 1940s globe- has a much heavier weight than the post 1950 commercial globes. It has scuffs, stains and small areas of map loss- a lovely patina indicative of an age long gone. There is a dent on one side as shown perhaps indicates where the meteor struck that ended the dinosaurs... See photos No globe stand but they are commonly available on ebay.
