Scrub the letters on the tire with a brush and carwash soap.Rinse the tires really well with waterLet tires dry completelyShake pen with cap on for about 1 minutePrime the pen by pressing the pen tip in on a flat ziplock bag until the paint comes out (this can take up to 2 mins the first time you use the pen)Paint one letter at a time starting with the edges and then fill in the restThe pen tip should glide smoothly on the tire.
