While book is still bound, the first few pages are very loose and the center threads are completely exposed in the front and back. The first few pages also have tears and creases. There is a previous owner's name written on the inside cover as well as the second page. Interior pages are free from any writing but there is quite a bit of soiling and creases, and again, there may be small tears. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.
