These are 1978 Dated and are perfect for making up the Vietnam Era First Aid Kit w/ Nylon Cover. The NSN is 6545-00-125-5527. These are bit shorter than the later model case insert that is 6545-01-094-6136 (See Picture #12). The outer dimensions of this case measure approx 4 1/2" wide x 4 1/2" high x 2" deep.
