If you have a Polaris 400cc two stroke ATV cylinder that is scored, out of round, or simply worn beyond specifications we can repair it for you. We invested in the equipment to offer professional cylinder boring in our shop here in Minnesota. We require that you send in your cylinder and we will bead blast, bore to the proper size and clearance, and finish it of with a nice cross hatched honing. After some simple cleaning, it is ready to install. We will include a properly matched Namura piston kit (includes rings, pin and circlips). Also included is a full top end gasket set that contains head, base, and exhaust. Basically everything you need to freshen up the top end.It is the customers responsibility to pay for sending the cylinder in to us, we will cover the return shipping charges (Lower 48 US states only). Be sure to package it very carefully so it does not get damaged in shipping. Also, you must include a note with your contact information and year/model of machine along with a copy of your eBay sales receipt. Turnaround time is usually about a week once we receive it so please expect 3 weeks EXCLUDING the shipping time. Since this is not an exchange program, you will get your same cylinder back.
