Description: Buy PER FOOT - 12 AWG/9C IMSA SPEC 19-1. This is stranded copper wire with PVC outer jacket made by Clifford of Vermont. Designed for use in traffic signal applications in conduit or hung from guy wires. Wet or dry locations. The only markings on the cable is foot numbers spaced every 24 inches. This cable was surplussed from a local municipality as a partial spool. The cable is dusty from storage and has some smears of dirt on the outer jacket here and there that I'll try to wipe off. It looks like some of the cable was un-spooled when doing an installation with the excess rolled back onto the spool with some dirt smudges.
