Description: Pair of mid mod style brutalist lamps with trapezoidal bases made of walnut. I purchased these new from Design within Reach in Santa Monica, California c. 1998-2000. Not sure of the designer. This was in the days before DWR began selling Herman miller exclusively. I paid $1500.00 for the pair new. The bases are solid wood and are quite heavy.. They accommodate four standard light bulbs. The metal appears to be sealed brushed nickel . Lamps are in great shape. Minor discoloration to the wood from where the pull chains rubbed against the wood. Measures 30” tall from base to finial. Bases are 6” across Questions? Please ask.
