It is dated 1979 and it is numbered #7,932 out of 10,000 on the bottom of this piece. It was made at Sebastian Miniatures, which is America's longest running handpainted collectibles since 1938. An adorable boy all bundled up in his winter best standing behind a wall of snow, armed with a snowball. What his opponent doesn't know, is he has a stack of additional snowballs behind the wall ready for battle. This would look fantastic as a stand alone piece to set the mood for a winter scene, or even could be used with a "G" scale model train set. It has No chips or cracks. It is used, but not abused.
