Description: It is very hard to find this Norwegian fairytale Otto by Gerhard Stoltz Eide Forlag Children's Book Rare Out Of Print Norwegian Otto Picture book/read aloud. A typical all-ages book, with abstract, imaginative images. The story begins with the narrator finding a man sitting in his living room, with a sign around his neck that reads: "Caution. New uncle". When he asks who the person is, he gets the answer: "So far, no one, I'm so brand new that I don't have a name yet. But if I can allow myself to make a suggestion, I'd like to be called Gustav." It turns out that Uncle Gustav is made from the living room machine Otto, a machine that the narrator made himself, but which he didn't know could make uncles! Very good condition hardback book with a very good condition dustjacket. The binding is clean and tight. No marks, writing, or highlighting. From a non-smoking home. Please see the photos for the condition and ask any questions before you buy. Thanks.
