Description: From the estate of a Navy seaplane pilot and intelligence officer who was stationed off the coast of Japan planning the invasion when the atomic bomb was dropped, a nice 1943 Christmas V Mail featuring a soldier with rifle facing a large wreath and casting a long shadow. The caption reads: "These are the things which I believe / In Peace, Goodwill and Christmas Eve." Good condition with an old fold and a few old wrinkles as shown. Displays really well. A wonderful piece of history and an awesome addition to any collection. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed for protection, and always combine shipping. Please see my store for more museum grade historical artifacts.
