It is likely missing a drop pearl, & alas, the bale is a bit worn. If you make the last picture bigger, you can see that someone must have worn it constantly & the chain cut into the bale. Wearing a bigger chain than the cut would help, but it has many more years of careful wear left in it!It is unmarked for metal content but I'm guaranteeing it to be 10K gold, or better, most lavaliers I've had have been 10K.From the top of the bale to the bottom it's about 1 -1/4" long. It's yellow gold with a green gold wreath & it's set with a small diamond.Other than the aforementioned it's in good vintage condition.Just a lovely pendant.
