The prints in this series have text on the reverse, and are printed on what is called rag paper, an antique paper that is stronger and far more durable than the newspaper material we use today. No tears or folds. A really fine image. Excellent definition. Nice clean, sharp lines, and wide margins. This print is about 155 years old and guaranteed to be original. It is an authentic old print from the aforementioned newspaper and NOT A MODERN REPRODUCTION.The visible part of the print, including the white border (if any) is about 7 3/4" x 9 1/2". Matted the print measures 10" x 13".
