Description: I am selling this AMAZING vintage ODO mantel clock in an extraordinary shape, having an ANIMATED FEATURE, finding itself in an AMAZING, RESTORED Cosmetic and PERFECT Functioning, SERVICED Condition, offered with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY!I completely disassembled every single part of this clock, cleaned and polished them and SERVICED the movement, making the clock look and perform like it currently does; BRILLIANTLY!To complete the restauration, I used an INDUSTRIAL, Transparent SPRAY coating on all bronze parts, so they keep their gorgeous, shining nature and you will never have to polish them again.For the work involved, please see photo 9.The dial and the Knight, Striking the bell, can be seen on top of the clock.There is a CURVED, front, GLASS Window; FREE of Scratches!!Behind this window, the GORGEOUS, Richly FLORAL decorated Dial can be seen, in a GREAT condition, showing MINOR Imperfections.The most special thing about this time piece is, of course, the animated feature.It works perfectly, like all other mechanical parts of the movement.Special too, is the striking of this clock; it strikes on Half hour and full hours as a normal clock does.There are 2 versions of this clock, of which the version of this clock is the most luxurious, having a RED VELVET CLOCKS FACE, completely FREE OF IMPERFECTIONS!!This piece is in a FANTASTIC condition and keeps PERFECT time!The ODO movement is marked with the HOLLANDIA LABEL, as goes for the big Label in the Back door, but the clock is actually an ODO clock, made in France.ODO made clocks for several RETAILERS / RESELLERS, wanting to sell the ODO clock under their own name.The dial tells you the time in Black, Roman numbers and 60 partitions, one for each minute.The front door has a shining brass edge.There are so many BRONZE features...The Bronze and bell are a work of art, as goes for the legs, which also come in bronze.The nicely shaped, black metal hands, point out the time on the METAL Dial.The dial has some SMALL imperfections but it finds itself in a GREAT Condition!The wooden case of this clock looks absolutely gorgeous and comes with a HIGH GLOSS FINISH!ODO used the HARDEST metal for their movements, being extremely reliable.This clock has an ESCAPEMENT BALANCING WHEEL driven movement, which has proved to be reliable for decades!The movement keeps good time during 8 days, after a Full wind (please dont compare it to a Rolex Swiss Writswatch).Through the GLASS side windows the movement can be seen, making this piece have a TRANSLUCENT Character.This clock comes with its ORIGINAL key, being placed in a special KEYHOLDER, in the clock, so you will never loose it!This clock is in an absolute BRILLIANT cosmetic AND Functioning condition.However this clock is not new and age-related imperfections are common.Mentionable is that the side ornaments were broken into 3 parts, which I repaired.Now, you can no longer see this, only if you take a VERY CLOSE look, using a magnifying glass (try it yourself, using photo 4).....The hinge of the frontdoor was broken, so I soldered this and painted it in a gold color, which is invisible with the door closed (please see photo 4).Please judge the quality yourself by taking a good look at all the photos and YouTube videos mentioned at the top of this listing.FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!!If you have any questions please feel free to email me.Dimensions:Height: 12.6 Inch -> 31.9 cmWidth: 10.3 Inch -> 26.1 cmDepth: 6.9 Inch -> 17.4 cmWeight: 3505 grams!!Combined shipping is possible.
