The jacket itself is super warm but where I live only needs something half as warm. This would be better for someone in Washington or Canada or mid-west/ north eastern states. They used to have a pretty lenient return policy as long as the tags were attached with original return receipt, it could have been years and they would still honor a return for store credit which was pretty cool.
