Description: This listing is for a new aluminum Tie Rod and new heavy duty inner and new outer tie rod ends that fits the front suspension of Polaris RMK Gen 2 snowmobiles made from 2000-01. I describe these as Heavy Duty because both the inner and outer rod ends have 7/16 male thread that goes into the rod end vs the smaller OEM 3/8 thread of the now discontinued parts. To be clear, these are the tie rods that give the left and right steering action to the spindles - not the radius rods. I'll try to add a picture, but it seems that Polaris has so discontinued these, that they don't even show up on current microfiche. It is newly manufactured from solid (not hollow tube like OEM) heat treated aluminum 6061T6. It has the proper right and left hand threads and the wrench flat machined in, exactly like OEM parts - at less than half the cost. I have 25+ years of experience making these parts, and satisfaction is guaranteed. These are symmetrical, so the assembly fits either the left or right hand side.
