Description: This is the official National Day of the Cowboy, limited edition, Hatch Show Print Poster, commemorating the 2nd Annual National Day of the Cowboy celebration.Original artwork featuring a cowgirl on a rearing horse is that of Arizona rancher/artist, Jennifer M. Ward. Theme for the 2006 poster is "Saddle Up & Ride." Colors are Desert Coral and Turquoise Blue. The National Day of the Cowboy poster series began in 2005 with the 1st National Day of the Cowboy. The 2006 poster saw the organization begin to use original artwork in each year's poster thereafter. Hatch posters are made by hand, in Nashville, TN, and are still made using wood blocks on a hand-cranked press. Poster will be shipped First Class Package, in a mailing tube. The 4th Saturday in July has been set aside as a day to celebrate cowboy culture and pioneer heritage by the legislatures of 15 states.
