The meat from Muscovy Ducks is 98% fat free - making it a very healthy addition to a meal. The breast meat is similar to a good veal steak. I collect eggs daily and wipe them with a dry rag to remove any solid debris and preserve the natural bloom on the shell. Hatching tips: Be prepared for your eggs by having your incubator running prior to delivery. When you receive them, gently unwrap and let them sit for 4-6 hours so the air sac can settle before placing in your incubator. Please note I have no control over your hatch rates. Once they leave the farm, temperatures, handling and other variables may affect the viability of the embryos and your hatch rate. There is absolutely no hatching guarantee or refund on shipped eggs.
