Description: This auction is for a used vintage lot of MONTGOMERY WARD Christmas Catalogs 1973 & 1979 and a WESTERN AUTO 1977 Christmas Circular! These books are really hard to come by nowadays as they’re almost 50 years old at this point. The condition of these items ranges. They show a decent amount of wear which includes, but is not limited to: creases, bends / folds, discoloration, tears, image / color loss, yellowing, stains, spine wear, binding issues, surface dirt, and more. I’ve included the maximum number of photographs to reflect these condition issues as best I could. These are nowhere near mint condition, so if you’re having heavy reservations about this I would urge you not to bid. These sat in a cardboard box in the attic for years untouched, but they were moved about a bunch and definitely flipped through years ago. Regardless you get these all as is! All things considered, they are still in decent shape considering their age along with the ephemeral nature of the catalogs. These are a great nostalgic look back at Christmas potential gifts from years ago, showcasing the best of toys, fashion and electronics of that time! Sadly Montgomery Ward is no longer even around, which adds an additional sentimental value when flipping through these. All my items are from a pet free, smoke free home!
