Description: Mid Century Robert Sonneman Articulating Black & Chrome Orb Eyeball Desk Lamp Cool lamp, Black, works well. I use an LED bulb in it, eliminates the heat that an incandescent bulb gives off.Note* There is a scratch on the base and one on the shade, also a small ding in the shade about dime size. I actually didn't notice the ding until I took the photos and this lamp has been on my desk for 15 years. Anyway, works well, holds its desired set position well, I have to tighten the screws every now and then if I adjusted the lamps position much. The main vertical rod is about 18" tall, the lamp can extend to about 24" and remain stable. The diameter of the base and shade are about 6". Plug and cord are in good shape. Nice vintage lamp.
