It is complete with all 91 Dominoes (Double 12's), Electronic Central hub Base, 9 mini plastic Train pieces, two Styrofoam box liners, Tin box with lid and instructions. The tin box has rust spots and general wear all over the front lid, the box bottom looks good. The Dominoes are all in their factory sealed plastic shrink wraps. We added new batteries to the electronic base and it has been tested, it works well. We added a plastic pull tab that you can pull to activate the batteries when you receive it.
