Mego Dr McCoy Star Trek Original Vintage Action Figure Open Card Rare Blank Back

Taking into account the rarity and collectible nature of these figures, I try to be critical and detailed in my description:All original open card Mego 8" scale size action figure - Star Trek's Dr McCoy!This is a rare blank back variant card. Based on research, its likely a late release sent to surplus stores like Sears and others. The bubble is opened all around but held on with clear tape down the faces side as shown. I tried to capture that in pics. The plastic is clear and not yellowed. It has splits and cracks at the bottom with a few small tape repairs - see pics. Figure can be removed on the opened side, top and bottom as well. Original body: Marked Mego 1974 - Joints all good, holds a pose and no cracks. Arms/legs held in place firmly - good elastics. Note the flesh tone (not the common blue) pelvis. Black boot style lower legs.Original head marked 1974: Excellent dark brown paint/color, minimal paint rubs on head.Original outfit in good shape. Vibrant color shirt does have the yellowing on the stomach and lower back areas - common issue on the blue Trek shirts. There's a tiny hole on the rear right shoulder near the collar, not very obvious. The snaps are firmly in place. Original emblem with top foil firmly attached. Pants look nice with no issues.Original equipment includes tricorder, belt, communicator and phaser. Phaser shows typical yellowing.Since we all have different definitions of "mint", "good" etc... check out the high quality pictures and make your own judgement of the condition.
