CONDITION: We are pleased to offer for sale a wonderful Red Dot McKee round small canister or leftover. This hard to find item was actually listed in the McKee catalogs as a McKee Red Dot No. 261 Refrigerator Drip Bowl. This amazing piece has great color. McKee designed their kitchen glassware to be not only functional, but beautiful as well. Pieces of McKee's Red Dot decorated kitchenware are hard to find and are in high demand. This pretty small covered jar is just one of the colorful items that McKee produced in this pattern. This lovely piece is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks or mold imperfections. The coloring is outstanding. The red dots are in good shape and we have provided you with great photos to make sure you are getting exactly what you expect -- (please check them out). The bottom is nice and clean. Please note: There is a large common bubble caught inside the glass. It is completey intact and adds to the beauty of this type of glassware. You can see the lighter area. near the top rim of the bottom in our photographs. The inside of the leftover is nice and clean without residue or sickness. This hard to find leftover has a distinct round McKee mark in on the bottom. This lovely piece has been well cared for and was in a collection where it has been loved for the past 50 years. McKee Dots Decoration (French Ivory, White) ( Dots Decoration - Black, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow) (1930s - Early 1940s)- The McKee Glass Company made a complete line of kitchen glass with the Dots decoration. Both French Ivory and White Milk Glass pieces were used as a background for these pieces Yellow Dots are mentioned in a McKee Price list, but if Yellow Dots pieces exist they are rare. There were round canisters with glass lids, canisters with aluminum screw lids, measuring cups, leftover jars, spice shakers, salt and peppers, a butter dish, and mixing bowls in several different shapes.
