Dated 2009 McDonald's & Dreamworks branding. Toys are made of plastic and in working condition. Was able to turn the knob on the packaged item and press the head and shakes as intended to work. The B.O.B. figure will roll and turn when the base part is wound a couple of rotations. Will caution on these type items to not overwind, a couple of turns is ample for use on these items. The clear packaging on sealed item does have some handling wear to include wrinkling, contents are fine. Please do not purchase if any of this is a concern for you.
