It has a very powerful engine and runs on analog Marklin systems. I tested it on my analog trainset, and it did run very smooth and silent including the light function.When I carefully inspected this Locomotive I lubricated the engine, transmission and axles. It's ready to go. This Locomotive has hardly seen any use and comes in a more like new condition than in an excellent condition. The box and instructions are not included.
