Description: I am selling my seven collectible Jazz Fest doubloons. I have been holding onto these for years and have finally decided to pass them on to some lucky festival goers. These seven (7) vintage doubloons (New Orleans collectible coins) were minted in the 1960s to commemorate the first years of the Jazz Fest. They feature the undated "Louis Armstrong" (2), "Count Basie" and "June 1-7, 1969" (2), "New Orleans Brass Band" and "June 1-7, 1969" (2), and the more rare and undated "Pete Fountain" (just 1) . These coins are in great condition for their ages. They have no major spots or stains, and no major scratches or dents. Actually these are somewhat heavy doubloons weighing .43 oz. each. A normal cheap aluminum throw doubloon weighs about .16 ounces. You can notice they are also "Proof" type coins with the shiny background polished effect. So these are somewhat premium collectible coins for anyone who wants to own a bit of nostalgic New Orleans Jazz Fest memorabilia. Please review the photos carefully and ask me any questions you may have before bidding. No returns will be accepted. Buyer pays all shipping costs calculated by the eBay shipping calculator. Rates vary and are determined by the package, distance, carrier, and service. We normally ship items through USPS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!Good luck bidding on these beautiful Jazz Fest souvenir coins. I have also included a Buy It Now price if you want to skip the auction process.
