Absolutely perfect 1900's Art Glass Works, amazing tall, heavy Ruby Cut & Etched Lidded, work of glass art! This is a style that began in the late 1700's and was repeated (for good reason!) beautiful, functional, incredibly detailed, pieces. Displays incredibly, use's are many, candy, nuts, toppings, olives, etc...we have two in this color. 2 in Blue. ( Keeping 1 of each!) Perfect, been in a lighted "Red Glass Cabinet" in our hallway for 25+ years and well loved, cared for. Measurements are: 15.5 inches tall w/lid, 11.5 inches w/o lid on, 5 inches across mouth/top, 5 inches deep cup, impressive stem work, transition from cup down to pedestal base, also heavily etched/cut to match overall motif, down to a 5 inch base. No chips, flea bites, cracks, damage, repairs to any part of piece, lid perfect as well. Pictures of course taken as piece is moved around 4 times to can shot, cut to clear everywhere!by a master glass dude! Truth if we thought we had room for all of these we'd keep this! Eventually posting 1 of blue, 1 of clear. :-(
