I don't know if the model was ever displayed. It looks like new tracks have been put on the model. There are some dust and scuffs. Some of the string is missing and the existing string needs to be restrung. It looks like the inner part of the model is custom built or modified - other Lionel P&H shovels I've seen have an empty interior. I'm not sure of the scale.
