Simon Yam plays Ko Tin Lap, an accountant who gets framed for robbery by his boss Lui (Wan Yeung Ming). Angry and desperate, he kidnaps Lui's daughter Chi Lan (Chingmy Yau). When the ransom exchange goes wrong, Ko saves Chi Lan, who then learns of the circumstances that forced Ko into a life of crime. The two develop feelings for each and team up to fight against injustice as vigilantes.
