The original pack was 24 KWH, the new is 63 KWH. Get another decade from your Leaf! Below is a Cost estimate for us to assemble and install new batteries into your existing leaf battery pack. YOU BUY THE KIT SEPARATELY FROM OUR LABOR COST. THE KIT INCLUDES THE NEW BATTERIES AND ALL THE MISC PARTS NEEDED.Steps:(A) Contact us to make arrangements.(B) You purchase the YASTE 63KWH or 53KWH kit from YASTE and have your kit shipped to us in Tampa Florida.(C) Bring/Ship your car to us or just send the battery pack.(D) We will remove the existing pack from your car, disassemble it, modify the casing for the new batteries, assemble the pack using your kit contents, install the can-bridge and test the battery pack and car. We will seal the pack and reinstall it into your car. If we only have your battery pack, that is what we will rebuild for you, you will need to handle the can-bridge and the pack reinstall. (E) Collect/Ship your car/battery back to yourself and enjoy the new range and life it has. Cost details:The price displayed is if we handle rebuilding your battery pack using the Yaste kit you purchased and shipped to us including installing it into your car. You will have to ship your vehicle to us and back to yourself. If you send us your battery pack only and we handle the rebuilding of your pack using the Yaste kit you purchased and shipped to us, the cost is $500 less. You will have to install the can-bridge yourself if we do not have your car. You will have to ship your battery to and from our location in Tampa Florida. You pay for all shipping, we do not work internationally. Estimate of your total cost:The kit cost from Yaste (you have to buy this separately from them) is expected to be 4.5K for the 53KWH kit and 5K for the 63KWH kit. The kit includes a can-bridge, bms harness, batteries, hold down brackets and many fittings.These are CATL brand NMC Lithium Batteries, 24 are in the kit with 96 cells total. Your existing leaf BMS can manage this pack as the factory also has 96 3.7v cells. The cost of shipping changes rapidly ... Yaste Tech will have to quote you on this.
