Description: L3 Communications / Cincinnati Electronics tester for thermal cameras' cryo-coolers: B520, B600, B1000 models. I opened unit (not easy, first - handle must be removed) to learn pinout. Inside is Cincinnati LCDE (Linear Cooler Drive Electronics) controller for cryo-cooler. I have Cincinnati camera with this controller - so it's not completely unfamiliar to me. LCDE datasheet is available (with pinout). Tester rear connector is for RS422 communication with PC. Front connector for cryo cooler : temp sense, cooler drive output A and B, power +18.5v. I will provide pinout to buyer. I didn't test it with cooler, but seems to be working. Timer counts seconds (after green Start button is pressed), ammeter : temp sense voltage - this should go from 0.7V to 1.08V if working cooler attached. Anyway, rare tool.
