Remove fabric and allow to cool. STEP 2: Flip the vest (or item you're applying this to) inside out, apply high heat, pressure and steam and hold for 30 seconds (no need to use fabric here). Allow to cool completely and check for adhesion. If necessary, repeat step 2, holding for 30 second intervals and allowing to cool.
