Description: Pre-Owned FAQ: Pre-Owned: Pre owned machines have been returned for a variety of reasons. The previous owner may have simply changed their mind or they wanted to trade in for another machine. Or they may have been an issue with the machine that has already been fully serviced by a team of professional service technicians with decades of experience of repair. Sometimes they could have been serviced by the manufacture themselves.Inspections: All pre-owned machines goes through an inspection to ensure that the machine is in good working condition with little to no cosmetic wear. We do not list a machine unless it has been fully serviced, inspected and approved for sale. What's Included? Additional non-essential accessories aren't a guarantee. These are sold AS IS. Most of the time we do not have any issues with non-essential accessories, but there is a chance our technicians may have neglected to note of a missing item and most of the time, those items are just extra thread, needles or spools. Unless stated otherwise, essential items to power the machine should be included. How many stitches or hours are on the machine? That is not something we take note of. Our technicians just inspect the machine to be working and that's it. You may receive a machine that is like new barely used or a machine that has been used for some time. However, we make sure that it is working fully as intended. We cannot go back and check due to the fact that we are a small team that does not have the time to go back and look once the machine has already been packed and ready for shipment to our warehouse. Can you take more photos or have pictures of the machine? Unfortunately, no we can not.Due to the fact that we are a small team we do not have the time to go back and look once the machine has already been packed and ready for shipment to our warehouse. We do use stock photos, mostly due to time constraints. Only one person is in charge of this account and typically they also have duties outside of ebay so their time is very limited within a typical work day.
