Description: Sold as-is, does not work at the moment. Good for parts or perhaps you can repair it. Seems like there is a loose connection somewhere in the solar panel. Previously, I would shake it a little bit (while in the sun) and the LED power light would turn on and I could change a battery. More recently, I shake and nothing happens. Also, small section is discolored, see photo close-up. When in the sun this spot is gel-like.
