Description: "Husky Puppies" is a vintage Josephine Crumrine print of an Alaskan husky on the cover of a 1954 Alaska Steamship Company menu. It is 5.5" x 8 5/16" and is the cover of a folded menu from August 30, 1954. It is in very good condition, but please use the included photos as a condition guide. Inside is the luncheon menu for the S.S. Baranof and a description of "Surprise Ports". The back cover has a biography of Josephine Crumrine and a charming description of "Husky Puppies". Josephine Crumrine Liddell (1917-2005) was known for her dog portraits and landscape art. I have several other Josephine Crumrine dog prints in my store, as well as some I haven't listed yet. Each one is a menu from a different day and sailing. They would make a great gallery display! If purchasing multiple items, I am happy to combine shipping and will refund after purchase. Chuck Olson CollectionChuck Olson spent over 40 years collecting and traveling the United States in search of unique vintage prints. He was especially interested in prints that were printed for use on calendars in the "Age of the Calendar" from 1900-1960. Chuck amassed a collection of well over 10,000 framed and unframed prints before his death. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about the item.
