Description: Sweet vintage 1930s 14” cabinet sized composition jointed doll with a paper tag identifying her as Bright Star by Horsman. She was a Shirley Temple type doll marketed by Horseman to compete with Ideal’s licensed Shirley Temple dolls. I don’t see any branding on her body. She has led a quiet life and her gown and veil is in good condition. Some crazing on her body that is not too visible with the outfit. see pictures. Looks to be all original. Left shoe missing the sole. A cutie.
