The skin barrier has an integrated beige floating flange, which allows fingers to be placed under the flange, to help minimize pressure on the abdomen when attaching a pouch. The 14204 is designed with a tape border for a 2-3/4” flange size and cut-to-fit up to 2-1/4". New Image skin barriers are here to help meet the needs of each unique body with a variety of options. The skin barriers are available in both cut-to-fit and pre-sized options, with and without a tape border, and extended wear and standard wear. They are designed to be used with any New Image drainable, closed, or urostomy pouch with a matching flange size. New Image skin barriers and pouches have a convenient color matching system, eliminating the need to remember the exact flange size. They are not made with natural rubber latex.
