Description: George Raveling Autograph (1996). This authentic autograph was taken from the letter of a player invited to the prestigious 1997 Nike Basketball Camp. Letter dated October 24, 1996. Raveling, began his basketball career as a player at Villanova before becoming an assistant coach at his alma mater in 1963 He later became the head coach at Washington State, Iowa and USC before retiring in 1994. After retirement he became an executive with Nike, eventually becoming the Director of International Basketball as well as running the Nike Basketball Camp, an elite showcase summer camp for high school standouts. He was a three-time PAC-10 Coach of the Year (1976, 1983 and 1992) and has also been inducted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame (2013) and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame (2015)!
