Meredith attempts to seduce Tom Sanders, one of her employees---a former lover----in her office. Meredith recalls Tom's "hard tush," his hairy chest, and recalls the night they "broke the bed." Tom is happily married and resists her massages. Crichton writes: "Big deal. Women screw men and get ahead. Women are just as hot as men. They want it just like we do. That's real life. But you get two people who are pissed off, so they file a complaint, and say, 'Oh, no, you can't do that to me.' When he resists, she files a sexual harassment suit, but Tom hires a "feminist lawyer" who challenges her---and WINS! Meredith came on to everybody.
