Description: Pictured is an infrequently & seldom seen blue-rimmed Sleepy Eye pitcher offered for sale. The #2 pint-sized pitcher is the 2nd to the smallest of five sizes produced by Western Stoneware Co. in Monmouth, Illinois. The pitcher has excellent embossed detail & great color, color contrast & eye-appeal. The beading along the exterior rim & handle is quite vivid. The pitcher measures 5 1/4" in height, 4" in base diameter, & dates from 1905 - 1935. The pitcher is in immaculate condition with no nicks, damage or repairs whatsoever.
