This exhaust uses a large 3-bolt style collector and is compatible with either stock style heater boxes or aftermarket J-tubes (sold separately). This 1-1/2 inch header size works well with 1600-2200cc size engines that still want a quieter muffler. **Note - Empi exhausts have a black shipping coating to prevent corrosion during shipping and storage. The black coating will burn off once run and is not warranted by Empi. We recommend using a high-temp header paint on any Empi black exhaust.
