Description: You are viewing a Dept 56 Village Accessories Halloween Scaredy Bats Figure. It is animated with bats flying around scaring the kids in Vampire and Ghost costumes while the dog with wings catches a bat. It comes with a warranty card and instructions. It has the Styrofoam packaging inside the box. The outer box shows some warpage and wear. (see pictures) INSURANCE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING FEES. Payment: Must be received within 7 days of auction closing date. Items paid through paypal will only be shipped to the address registered with ebay/paypal. If you wish to have an item shipped to a different address, you must email me first and receive a confirmation of your request. Otherwise, it will be shipped to the registered address ONLY! Shipping: I try to ship all items within 72 hours from receipt of payment but, sometimes due to holidays, weekends, post office closings, and a busy schedule of my own that is not always possible. I do send a notice to buyers as to when the item is shipped. Insurance: is included in the shipping and handling fees for US bidders. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only made if there is a significant error in the item description and it is not evident in the photos. Refunds are made for the purchase price only. Shipping fees are not included. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped and it must be returned withing 7 days of receipt of the item.
