Description: Dept 56 CHAPMAN'S CIDER HOUSE, New England Village Series, 56.56655 Very good overall used condition. Sale is for all components shown including original outer sleeve and foam packaging, building itself, and working power cord. Set includes a removable apple sign (it fits very tightly, be careful not too push too hard). Building is in very nice shape, no major flaws (free of breakages or cracks). There are some minor signs of surface wear from handling and storage including some faint scratches and scuffs here and there but on the whole this still looks great lit-up in a village scene. Box and packaging do show some wear including some creases and frays to edges and some discoloration; some markings to the foam as shown including an area of writing that has been crossed out in black marker.
