Return policy details: Please email us at sales@buybrandtools.com or call us on (0114) 251 3535 if you want to return an item for any reason. You are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you aren't fully satisfied with the goods supplied for any reason, providing you return them to us in the same condition that you received them (i.e. not used), within 14 days of you receiving them. If the goods supplied are damaged or faulty or if the wrong goods have been sent then we will also refund your return postage costs. If you are returning the goods for any other reason (than those stated above) then you would be expected to return the goods at your own cost. You are also entitled to a full refund or exchange if a manufacturing fault develops and is reported to us within 30 days of you receiving the item. If the item that you purchased from us malfunctions after 30 days of receipt then you may be entitled to have it repaired (but not refunded).
