I can't be certain these are leather; my best guess is yes, but I can't say for sure and listed these as "unknown". Size 7 women's (the sole reads 245D; this is a Korean size that converts to a U.S. size 7) We've included measurements of the sole so that you can compare to your own and feel confident in grabbing these. Very good condition-- a couple of very minor scuffs to the finish of the upper and the heel won't affect the overall slick look of these during wear. The soles look almost entirely fresh; the inner lining does show some cracking but should still be comfortable-- see photos of actual item!
