Basic Uses Dow Corning 999-A is intended for building construction applications, and is particularly effective for glazing butt and lap shear joints, sealing curtainwall projections, glass, plastic, and metal assemblies. It is also appropriate for general construction applications. Technical Data It meets or exceeds the following specification standards: Federal Specifications TT-S-001543A (COM-NBS) Class A for silicone building sealants, and TT-S-00230C (COM-NBS) Class A for one component building sealants; ASTM C-920; Canadian Specification CAN2-19.13-M82.
