If you order by mistake and return the item unopened and unused in the original packaging, we will accept your return. 2. If the product is unopened but the product box is damaged or defaced in any way (tape, writing, damage of any kind), we will accept your return, less a 20% return/handling/damage fee, plus any shipping to you or back to us that is incurred. This applies to items received and found to be defective as well. 3. If the box has been opened and everything is in new and complete order, with all accessories and other items included by the manufacturer, we will accept your return, less a 30% return/handling/testing fee, as we must fully test the item(s) to ensure they work and the units are of less value. 4. In the event your item does not work properly, please reach out to alert us PRIOR to returning. Any item returned as ‘defective’ but found to be in working condition will fall under item 3 above (open box return). If your item is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement (if available), otherwise we will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection, so long as the packaging and all contents are complete and in brand new condition. ***If an outer box was used in shipping, please save and ship back to prevent damage to the original box***.
