Description: This is the Stevenson No Mask CPAP that I have found to be the most comfortable to wear.You will only have the light mouth piece and light hose, no head gear. It did take a couple of days to get use to having a mouth piece in my mouth. It is very similar to what athletes wear. The mouth piece is heated in hot water and fitted to your upper teeth by clamping down on the soft material to form a tight bond. If you are not comfortable with the first fitting, reheat and put it in your mouth again. Complete instructions are included both written and pictorial.These masks last a long time. Stevenson will sell the nose buds in 3 sizes and the foam diffuses. Don't be set off by the probably Gov mandated cleaning etc instructions! They sound like an ICU nurse wrote them Because this is a medical device, it cannot be returned. Buyers who have used this mask in the past will have no problem using it.New buyers should study, google or U Tube this mask to make sure they want to buy it. The major CPAP machine sellers do not stock or sell this mask for obvious reasons, they want to sell their more expensive masks.However, once I found this mask years ago, I would never go back to the over the head full face mask.
