Description: Contax 137 MD Quartz SLR with Carl Zeiss T* Planar 1.4/50 lens Introduced in 1980, the Contax 137 MD was, at that time, the smallest 35mm SLR with an integrated motor drive. The instruction manual is available online. We put new batteries in the camera (not included) to make sure it was working. It was not tested with film. You can see from the photos, it probably needs a proper cleaning but is otherwise in good condition. There is some scuffing on the case. A great compact SLR for the photographer who prefers film.
