Description: Cigarette Lighter Dress Belt Buckle 1945-1952 Occupied Japan Nice Vtg ...an awesome old cigarette lighter dress belt buckle. This is a small, silver tone metal buckle with an attached cigarette lighter, made in Occupied Japan, between 1945-1952, and is signed "N". It is in nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. The lighter does not appear to have ever been used, as shown it has a clean wick and no residue from use. It does not appear to have a flint installed. The small square in the center of the lighter designed for an initial / monogram, has not been engraved. The buckle measures approximately 1-7/8" x 1-1/4", fits up to a 1-1/8" wide belt and weighs about 2 oz. The lighter is designed to attach on a slide-in, slide-out mount on the buckle, and it measures approximately 1-3/4" x 1-1/4", and is about 1/4" thick.
